About Charlotte
For more than 25 years, Charlotte has built her career around something she has always believed in: people remember how you make them feel.
A lifelong hospitality professional and seasoned private club leader, Charlotte has spent her career creating memorable experiences for members, families, and guests at some of the East Coast’s most distinguished private clubs. She has planned, managed, and overseen more than 500 weddings and milestone celebrations, developing an instinct for the details that make an event feel effortless and the personal touches that make it unforgettable.
Her career has taken her through prestigious private clubs in major cities along the East Coast, as well as celebrated clubs in destination settings including the shores of Cape Cod, the mountains of New Hampshire, and Key Largo, Florida. Each setting has shaped her understanding of hospitality and given her the opportunity to create experiences for an extraordinary range of members, families, and guests.
Wherever she has worked, Charlotte has brought the same philosophy: take care of the details, take care of the people, and everything else will fall into place.
Charlotte currently serves as General Manager of The Owl Club at Harvard, a historic private club in Harvard Square, where she leads the club’s operations, hospitality, events, and member experience. After more than two decades in private club management, she brings a unique understanding of service, discretion, leadership, and what it takes to make people feel genuinely cared for.
But weddings have always held a special place in Charlotte’s heart.
There is something about being trusted with one of the most important days in a couple’s life that she never takes for granted. She loves the excitement of the planning, the anticipation of the big day, the tiny details that guests may never notice but the couple will always remember—and, most of all, watching everything come together while her clients get to simply be present and enjoy it.
That philosophy is at the heart of The Magic Wand.
Charlotte intentionally accepts only one wedding each month, allowing her to give each couple the time, attention, and personal care they deserve. She doesn't want to be the coordinator who simply checks boxes and moves on to the next event. She wants to know her couples, understand what matters to them, anticipate what they need, and be the calm, capable presence they can count on from the first conversation through the final dance.
Because after 25 years in hospitality, Charlotte knows that luxury isn't simply about beautiful surroundings or flawless details.

And that is the magic she hopes to bring to every wedding.
